...Sen. Akume assured Peace Corps of collaboration and smooth working relationship
Prof Dickson Akoh, Commandant, Peace Corps of Nigeria, in accompanied by officers and men of the organization has over the weekend, 4th June, 2023, paid a congratulatory visit to the newly appointed Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sen. George Akume.
Akoh expressed joy with Sen. George Akume on his well deserved appointment, as Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF.
According to Prof.. Akor, ” I am full of confidence in the ability of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Sen. Akume, to deliver on his given task,” he added.
Sen. Akume in a remark, assured Prof. Akor of good working relationship with the Peace Corps of Nigeria.
“I will work cordially with your organization, the door of my office and house is widely open to you and the Peace Corps always” the SGF, Akume promised.
Prof. Akoh appreciated Sen. Akume for recognition. Also, prayed for God’s protection over Sen. Akume and his family, and Nigerians in totality.
