Ojotu Ojema, Member representing Apa/Agatu Federal Constituency in the 10th House of Representatives, The Chairman, House Standing Committee on National Inland Waterways, has congratulated the New Senate Minority Leader, Distinguished Senator, Dr. Abba Patrick Moro, senator representing Benue South Senatorial District on appointment.
Revealed Senator Moro was Tuesday, 21st November, 2023, announced as the New Senate Minority Leader by the Senate President, Sen Godswill Obot Akpabio during the Senate Plenary after his earlier nomination by the Minority Caucus of the Red Chamber and will replace the former occupant of the office, Senator Simon Davou Mwadkwon representing Plateau North Senatorial District who was few days ago sacked by the Appeal Court.
Speaking, Pst Ojema as part of appreciation thank God for the emergence of Comrade Abba Moro as Senate Minority Leader, describing Moro as a Round Peg in a Round Hole.
The Former Benue State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development says he is not surprised by Moro’s elevation considering his sterling performance in the last 4 years as the Senator representing Benue South, saying his new exaltation is well deserved.
