“Kwara state will feature in 18 of the 32 sports that would be competed at the competition. We will feature athletes in handball, cricket, badminton and other sports where we can win medals. We know our areas of strength, we don’t want to go for a jamboree,” he stated.

“We have paid for accommodation, feeding and Insurance for our Athletes and their allowances have been paid till date. The Athletes were engaged in open and closed camping. I want to assure you that I shall leave no stone unturned to achieve more success for the state”, he said.
